PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
On average, merchandise is processed and shipped from our facility according to the following timelines:
• Handling time: 1 business day, Monday – Friday
• Transit time: 1–3 business days, Monday – Friday
• Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 AM UTC-5 will receive same-day business processing. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
DESTINATIONS
Our shipping service extends to all 50 states within the United States.
Mowivo does not provide international shipping services at this time.

ORDER TRACKING
• You will receive tracking information by email after your package ships out within 24 hours.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate after shipment.
• If your tracking information does not update after 48 hours, you can contact our support team for help.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other situations outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and tracking number.
We will work with the carrier to review the issue and help find the best solution.
