We appreciate your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Mowivo. You will find below all the terms and conditions related to our wholesale program. Please read them before you place an order.

WHO CAN APPLY

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

Operate a physical retail store with or without an online presence, or

Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base.

Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited unless approved by Mowivo.

Personal use of wholesale purchases is also not allowed.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

All wholesale applications are thoroughly reviewed. We reserve the right to:

Decline applications that are not in line with our brand.

Cancel an approved order if we decide that there is a violation of the terms.

Ensure that all our resellers align with the values and standards of the Mowivo brand.

PRICING

All prices are listed in USD.

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products either in-store or online.

No promotional or volume orders from general customers can qualify for wholesale pricing.

If you want a quote or need to talk about large quantity discounts, please get in touch with us directly.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Our wholesale pricing already reflects significant savings. Additional discounts are not available unless:

A special promotional event is announced.

A large-volume order is discussed and approved under a custom contract.

Any order placed using unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are available upon request and issued in USD.

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.

We do not offer net terms at this time.

Payment must be approved before order processing begins.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are shipped from our warehouse.

Retailers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional fees when applicable.

Free shipping is available for all qualifying wholesale orders placed on our website.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Once payment is received:

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.

You will be notified of any delays in advance.

Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has shipped.

BULK & B2B SALES

Mowivo provides support for bulk orders, B2B partners, and wholesale distributors.

Contact us to make custom arrangements or long-term supply agreements.

If you have placed an order through a third-party partner, please follow their specific return process and contact their support for further steps.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

Report any issues within 5 days of delivery.

Email us with your order number, clear photos, and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale returns may be reviewed case by case.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when required.

Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable method.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
