Once approved, you can ship the item using a trackable and insured method.

A valid tracking number is required so we can confirm the return shipment.

4. Return Method

Returns may be accepted by mail according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Refund Process

• After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees when applicable.
• We never charge restocking fees.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Wrong or Damaged Items
